All TERMS OF SALE listed here are applicable to the purchasing of any images, prints, canvases, digital services, and/or any other products(s) available through Golden Pisces Photography’s online store or third-party vendors. The TERMS OF SALE may not be altered in any way through any other document, including email, text, messages, etc. A written agreement between Golden Pisces Photography, myself (Photographer), and the client(s) must be signed and validated to override these terms.
In the event that a third party vendor is used for the purchasing of products (shirts, prints, coffee mugs, calendars, gifts, etc.) it is the client(s) full responsibility to read carefully over said vendors separate TERMS AND CONDITIONS/TERMS OF SALE.
PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Purchasing of products of services through Golden Pisces Photography requires that the client(s) provide valid payment information. Golden Pisces Photography reserves the right to cancel a client’s order for any purchases or services that were unable to be authorized.
The TERMS OF SALE requires that the customer agrees to financially reimburse Golden Pisces Photography for all costs incurred during the collecting of amounts owed by the client(s) to either Golden Pisces Photography or third-party vendor(s) including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees or collecting agencies.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & SHIPPING TERMS
All services shall come with an online gallery ready for digital download and personal use. This is only upon successful payment of services and products. It is the responsibility of the client(s) to download and save the files. The client(s) also agrees not to advertise Golden Pisces Photography’s products/services as their own personal work.
If any physical products are purchased through Pixieset, Weebly, GoldenPiscesPhotography, Golden Pisces Photography will use all reasonable efforts to ensure orders are delivered in expected time through these third-party vendors. The client(s) will not hold Golden Pisces Photography responsible for any delays in their orders.
The client(s) accepts all financial responsibility for shipping charges, taxes, and fees. The shipping charge may change based on your location and you will have the opportunity to view any and all charges before placing any orders. If you choose, you may cancel the order if you do not agree with any charges.
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
I can guarantee 100% customer satisfaction when purchasing Golden Pisces Photography’s products/services. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any products/services purchased through the third-party vendors, I will accept returns on products only up to 30 days from the date of your receipt. Upon successful completion of your return, and receipt of the returned product, the client(s) will have the option to reorder or have a full refund issued to their method of payment.
If for any reason the client(s) is unsatisfied with the digital online photo gallery after their paid photo shoot or any purchased products through any third-party vendor(s), at the clients request, Golden Pisces Photography may issue a partial or full refund of the purchase made by the client(s) at the sole discretion of Golden Pisces Photography based on evidence and the circumstances. Customer barred actions include the following:
The client(s) may not use in any fashion that requests or charges others money or fees and may not receive any financial compensation or payments for the usage of any photos or products in advertising.
The client(s) may not utilize the products/services in an illegal, slanderous, or defamatory manner.
The client(s) shall not make any purchased products/services available for download to anyone other than the client(s).
GOLDEN PISCES PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC RETAINS ALL RIGHTS, LICENSE, COPYRIGHT, TITLE, DESCRIPTIONS, AND OWNERSHIP OF THE MEDIA CONTAINED WITHIN THESE PRODUCT(S)
